During the evaluation stage, the HILS Nord project achieved GREEN Homes pre-certification by meeting the required performance criteria for energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality and environmental responsibility.

The assessment was conducted by the Romania Green Building Council (RoGBC), the organization responsible for certifying sustainable residential projects at an international level.
